Seated Rhythm Dancercise Class

Join us on Thursday, June 8 at 2pm for SEATED RHYTHM™ with Melissa Renner of Active for Life fitness! SEATED RHYTHM™ is another one of Active For Life’s most popular brain and body ‘dancercise’ classes where attendees dance through the ages. SEATED RHYTHM™ was inspired by ballroom and Latin dancing and is all done while seated. It is designed for everyone! This class is like no other and features gentle and fun cha-cha and mambo steps coupled with basic exercises. Incredible for both brain and body. No dance experience necessary.
