The Friends of the Amherst Public Library are a non-profit organization of area residents who believe in the library and its services.

Our Purpose:  To support and promote the Amherst Public Library and all of its activities.

What We Do: The Friends provide financial and volunteer help by sponsoring programs and activities within the library. The Annual Author Luncheon is held in October and book sales are held throughout the year.

Meetings: Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 11:15 a.m. There is no meeting in December.
