Seated Yoga Flow
Join us for the first of six Seated Yoga Flow classes at 1pm on Monday, July 18 with special guest Cindy Miller. Learn breathing techniques to clear the mind and be present in the moment as Cindy leads you through movements to stretch and strengthen muscles that support the joints and flexbility. These clases are suitable for all ages and experience levels. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing and bring water to stay hydrated. (Bottle filling stations are available on both floors of the library. Sessions will be every Monday and Friday from July 18 through August 5.
Registration is required and attendees will need to sign a liability waiver at their first session. Register online or by calling the library at 440-988-4230. Please register separately for each session.
